NPCs and Factions
Emperor Robert de Capet is a 14th level fighter. Robert is the father of King Evrard and  the father-in-law of King Francés. While not in a political faction, Robert favors the populist faction due to his son and Francés' influence.

King Turstin de Normandy is a 13th level fighter. Turstin is maried to King Gautier's sister. He heads the conservative faction who are seeking to maintain the current levels of peasant taxation.  He also seeks to maintain peace with his cousins in England.

King Gautier de Toulouse is a 12th level fighter. Gautier is King Turstin's brother-in-law. He is a member of the conservative faction. Less publicly, Gautier wishes to reintroduce slavery and chaotic blood worship.

King Evrad de Capet is a 12th fighter. Evrad is the son of Emperor Robert and brother-in-law of King Francés. He supports the populist faction, but also seeks to reduce the size of the French navy and increase the size of the French army.

King Francés de Aquitaine is a 13th level fighter. He is brother-in-law to King Evrad and son-in-law to Emperor Robert. He heads the populist faction who seek to lower the rate of peasant taxation. He also seeks to increase the size of the French navy and encourage population growth in Bordeaux.
